Welcome! My name is Hannah Koenig.
In 2021, I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado. Since then, I’ve become both a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC). I’ve been providing individual and group therapy for the past five years. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the honor of helping people navigate a wide range of challenges and move toward greater stability, healing, and hope.
I specialize in working with adults facing addiction, anxiety, trauma, depression, grief and loss, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to meet you where you are in your journey and to support you in making meaningful, realistic changes.
I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful therapy that helps individuals heal from the emotional impact of trauma and distressing life experiences.
Above all, I strive to create a non-judgmental and supportive space where you feel truly heard and safe. Together, we’ll explore your goals, work through obstacles, and discover the strengths and strategies that will help you move forward.
If you’re ready to take the next step toward a more fulfilling life, I’m here to walk that path with you—every step of the way.
